Terms of service

The rules for using the service, selling tickets and refunds. Every point below matches what the service does today, not what it might do.

Working draft. This text describes what the service actually does, but it has not been through legal review and is not binding yet.

Who sells the ticket

The event organiser sells the ticket, not this service. Payment goes straight to their account with the payment provider, and their name is what the buyer sees on their statement. We act as an intermediary and deliver the ticket — we answer for the tool working, not for the event itself.

Fees

Buyers pay the price shown on the ticket and nothing more — the price on the list and on the map is the final one. Two separate items are deducted from the organiser: our commission (5%) and a charge covering the payment provider cost (2.2% + PLN 1.20). The second one is not our revenue.

Buying without an account

Paid tickets can be bought without an account, giving a name and an e-mail address. The ticket arrives at that address as a link to the ticket page — whoever holds the link holds the ticket, so it should not be passed on. The link works until 90 days after the event ends. Free tickets and sign-ups still require an account.

Refunds

A paid ticket can be returned up to 7 days before the event starts. A free ticket seat can be released until the event starts. No refund is possible once the event has started or the ticket has been scanned at the gate. A cancelled event means a full refund regardless of those deadlines. This is a voluntary commitment: consumer law excludes the fourteen-day withdrawal right for events with a fixed date.

Organiser obligations

Selling paid tickets requires a fully verified account with the payment provider. Events are moderated before publication and subject to volume limits. Tax obligations towards the buyer — receipts and invoices included — fall on the organiser, because they are the seller; we supply them with a sales report.

Ranking and paid promotion

Results are ordered by start date — soonest first — narrowed to the category, town, search phrase and map area you are looking at. An organiser can pay to promote an event: it then appears above the list of results, always labelled “Promoted” and carrying the name of the organiser who paid for it. Among promoted events, the one bought most recently ranks highest for the first 3 days after purchase; after that, the one whose promotion runs longer ranks higher. Payment does not affect the order of non-promoted results, nor whether an event appears among them at all. We do not profile ad recipients: promoted events are selected solely by category, town and map area, with no tracking cookies.

Still missing

To settle before sales open: contact and complaints address, the complaints and disputes procedure, who bears the provider cost on a refund, and what happens when a guest gives a wrong e-mail address.
